Keto running and heart rate runnig

I did a fasted run of 4 miles this am at a heart rate of 136.  My overall pace is still 13:27.  My first mile has improved.  I have not eaten anything as of yet....my run was at 7 am and it is now 10:30.  Keto is great for reducing hunger.  Trying to incorporate Bikram Yoga in my weekly workouts.  So far this lifestyle has been a great experience. Its nice to run first thing in the am...very Zen!

Maffetone

I just completed 4 miles at the slow pace of 13:30 using my MAFFETONE heart rate ...I dropped 30 seconds per mile so im encouraged :). Have lost 2 pounds.  Trying to stay below 50 grams of carbs...I definitely have more energy when done using heart rate.  Happy running

First fat burning run

I ran 3.2 miles.  Very tired at the end. Felt good overall...dinner was bubba burger and broccoli with a small veggie salad and blue cheese.  My snack was coconut oil:). 2.5 tomorrow fasted...

First blog :)

Today is my first blog about fat adapted running.  I am truly a beginner:).  I have read tons of articles podcast and you tube videos to become educated on this experience.  This am I drank water, Himalaya salt and ACV....now off to run 3 miles.  I'll check back in this afternoon.  My diet consists of 60%fat 30% protein 10%carbs.
